XMAS! XMAS! XMAS!

We have had 3 days of big Xmas!!

Thursday night: We had Jim and Sandys xmas thursday evening. We had a night of lobster and little ceasars pizza! All the little kids got personlized backpacks with stuff for the Cruise. (goggles, airplane pillow, crocks, books, etc) The rest of the night was spent "swimming" around and talking about going on the boat w/mickey mouse.

Friday: Paulus Extended family xmas. We had a Soup off and everyone brought a different kind of soup to share for lunch. This years winner...Lacey and Jackson(Bread and Cabbage). We did a book exchange this year and everyone seem to enjoy it. That evening we did the paulus family gift opening. Carter was a lucky boy....cars, tool sets, games, helmet, sioux jersey were just a few items he received. Mason got lots of fun toys also (helicopter, shopping cart, monkey ball, and clothes). That evening we ate leftovers and played with all the new toys. Carter got cookies, milk, and carrots ready for santa to come.

Saturday Am: Carter woke up and ran to his plate of cookies and realized they were gone...ran around and then found all his presents from santa. Santa left carter his very own bike...and boy was he excited. After each present " i want to wear it now, or i want to play it now." Luckily he asked us to "save" them for him and would open the next one. Mason really enjoyed the wrapping paper.

We were very blessed this year to have everyone able to get together to celebrate. In a few days we leave for a week cruise with Mickey Mouse. We are thankful for a few days to rest before we start that adventure!

Yep so went to do mason's Elmo pics....and thought it was November. Luckily Mason was more interested in picking the letters up...so it looks more like NO.

Xmas Time!

Wow Xmas has come fast this year.

We have been having lots of Xmas parties at our house and enjoying seeing friends and family.

Carter Updates:
Carter is very excited about santa...here is a recent convo w/him:
Mom: What do you want Santa to bring?
CJ: presents
Mom: what kind of presents?
CJ: Red and Purple Ones

*He enjoys finding a candy each day from our advent calendar and knows that the last RED door is the day that Santa comes.
*Loves going skating on wed's with dad
* Likes to help bring his brothers bottles into the infant class room each morning...such a good helper
* His favorite game is Fumbleruski (made up word by kenny) where they throw the football and both run after it. He is asking Kenny constantly to play!!

Mason Updates:
Little Mason is getting more active every day. He is such a happy little guy and is now sleeping in his big crib in Carters room. We thought it was going to be a hard transition...but he enjoys it.

He is eating lots of veggies and fruits now and we have given him some mash potatoes also.

This weekend we are going to the cities and spending the weekend shopping/swimming/xmas holidazzle parade. Next week we have the paulus family xmas and then we leave for our cruise on the 28th! Everyone is getting excited for Mickey Mouse!
